  1. MPHR workout #67: Sub 1 hour, 800M AMRAP with 3 minute rest between each. Total 9 rounds with in the hour.

    Completed a 10th round for good measure.

    Total 5 miles.

    ~8660m

    Way too nice not too do this outside! I tried to get a cumulative hour (not counting the time stopped at traffic lights), but had a little bit of stopwatch operator error. Ended up doing what I think was just under an hour total, with probably 5-10 minutes of waiting at traffic lights.
