    Dave is killing it this week. 1200 cleans the other day and today he beat his time by almost a minute. Great job!

    from crossfit holton-arms with my colleague who goes to crossfit old town prior to our 6pm meeting…

    20 minute time limit
    lunges 100m to start each round
    pull ups in a black (?) band – 15,13,11,9,6
    sit ups – 21,19,17,15,13

    (I see that I forgot the numbers you posted…)
