on the ftball field of Central High School, Louisville, KY.
then messed around and created a new move:
the KB clean-thruster-throw, or KBCTT for short.
Shout out to Ross in the 8 a.m. way to attack this one. Your enthusiasm is catchy!

I used as little assistance as possible on the ring pull-ups, hence the slowness.
