- If running on a treadmill, set it to a 12 percent grade and 0.5 miles per hour slower than your best 5k pace
- Stop completely for rest intervals

Notes: Ran uptempo for 5 miles in lieu of 5k, probably between 6:30 and 6:45 pace. I haven’t figured out a 5k course starting at my office yet. Had to switch the order of #69 and #70 because of conflicts later in the week.
