    Wow, wow, wow, Ross! Way to go getting the 305 DL and kicking butt on the mile!

    225-295-305-315-x, no mile

    I had less than 20 minutes to complete this workout, and had to leave before my fifth set. Looking forward to DLing at MPH again and continuing to work on back position.

    CrossFit 2 Days Behind:
    deadlift
    3-3-3-3-3

    then, for time:
    run one mile

    187-198-209-220-231, 8:04

    This might be my fastest mile ever, and it included the time it took the treadmill to speed up. It was also torture. Running hurts almost as much as box jumps.
