    Even though it wasn’t perfect, I loved this workout. Great endorphin rush afterward.

    I seriously underestimated this workout. I (foolishly) aimed to do the 50x thrusters unbroken, thinking 45lbs wasn’t heavy and not realizing how I’d feel after the 1000m row. I poorly managed this, too, as I came out too strong on the row, finishing in 3:38, and I was trashed for the start of the thrusters. Also, 60 bodyrows takes a long time.

    Like Ivy, though, I like this workout. I even like the burning, cramping forearms (that’s what she said).

      Forgot to mention – the rower I’m using is a cheap-looking thing with water in the wheel (water!), so I doubt the time is accurate. Well, I think the time itself is right, in that I rowed for 3:38, b/c that matched with my personal timer, but I question the rower’s ability to accurately measure distance. I have no way of knowing if the 1000m on that rower is the same 1000m as the rowers at MPH, if that makes sense.
