    As a follow-up to yesterday, I would be interested in getting another MPH team together for the Tough Mudder in October. It was a fun time last year.

    BTW – Joe’s restaurant gets a shout-out in Peter King’s column:

    Apparently, Colts center Jeff Saturday and NFL commissioner Roger Goodell were hanging out at Joe’s bar, trying to hammer out a resolution to the NFL labor dispute. Very cool.

    power snatch + overhead squat


    I can’t count, so I only did 6 rounds. At 77, the third snatch of each round got press-y (is that dirty?).
