    Thanks John, Mel, BK, and Neil for running the games 11.1 workout today! Saturday folks now have to bring it on home and make MPH the TEAM to BEAT in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

    800m run
    25 double unders
    15 burpees

    dnf. My shin splints were hurting, and got really painful during the 2nd run, so I stopped, stretched and mobilized, and iced. I needed to be ready for Saturday.
