Beginning today, we will host the weekly 2011 Reebok CrossFit Games Open workout for our competitors every Saturday at 1p through April 23 April 30. Please come by each week at this time to cheer on Neil A., Sidra C., Steve D., Tamra F. (from Dubai!), Ivy F., Rob K., Jen M., Meghan M., Josh M., David O., Joe P., Christy P., Dave R., Mike S. and Stuart W., as they attempt to qualify our affiliate team for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Final (June 3-5)!

The double unders went better than expected, but I was so tense and energy waste-y during them that the snatches were a lot more difficult than I anticipated.

Congrats to everyone who did FRAN today! Way to go Tamra and everyone who did the open WOD! Did Jen do the WOD with you T?
Note that the games website keeps making really important announcements, so you should probably check it pretty regularly. Case in point: Week 1 WOD is going to be extended until March 27, and Week 2 will not be announced until March 29. Pushing the whole thing back one week is probably a bad idea, so be on the look out to see if they change the schedule back again.
My workout: 5×5 back squat 135,155,175x,165,165 at Boling AF Base (Dan can get on with gov’t ID). I also messed around on the pull up structure doing “monkey bars.” Fun times.
