        Mark, I thank you for sharing, it’s stories like this that keep us doing what we do. I am proud to have worked out with you at MPH and admire you for having the proper mindset on doing things right. You realize the commitment it takes and I am happy to see you understand that a single fix does not solve all the issues. There are times when things get challenging but to see that you keep at it makes me happy for you. You have a lot of support behind you (and from online lurkers like me!). I hope to hear many more stories of your success!

    If you don’t know, Rob Orlando, still a supremely strong man, is a former strongman competitor-turned-CrossFit elite. Pay particular attention to the first two minutes.

      Ditto…it’s SWEET!!! really….sweet. I noticed it last night. I did find it hard to find the registration page for classes. Same as I do in the mobile version…

      Mark….great story. Always like working out with you at noon. I have one vote for your nickname…… Handtruck…. 🙂
