***Important Announcement***
When CrossFit extended the deadline for the 2011 Reebok CrossFit Games Open workout 11.1, they delayed workouts two through six by a week. So, we will re-run the first workout this Saturday, March 26 at 1p. If you are a competitor looking to improve your score, or if you are an MPH athlete who can complete this workout as prescribed, we would like to see you there.
This class, the MPH Open Open, is loaded in MINDBODY, and it is uncapped. We will run heats from 1p-? If you cannot complete the workout as prescribed and would like to judge, please register, too. Otherwise, just come by to cheer everyone on!
So that we may plan appropriately and provide a comfortable and efficient experience for everyone, registration for this extended session will close at 5p today. We hope to see you there!

Christy — that was quite a performance this a.m. You looked possessed. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that level of intensity live before.

Burpees, once again, killed my time. I lost a whole minute to them during the OHS. That’s humiliating. Also, my conditioning has really taken a hit recently.
Good workout today!
T, agreed– the overhead squats were the worst part for sure :). Those of us who did this in the box benefited a lot from pairing up with someone who served as counter and motivator. It really helps! So way to make it through this on your own.
Thanks, Jessy. This one really was terrible to do solo, for a variety of reasons. I need to come home.
