    5 rounds for time
    400m row (450m on my poorly calibrated rower)
    30x goblet squat @ 35lb
    30x thruster @10lb dbs (did not have either an appropriate ball or a wall on which to throw it)

    dnf at 14 of 30 thrusters on round 5. I was so mad about this – I couldn’t see my timer as I ran back and forth from rower to my squat area, and when I finished the last round of goblet squats, I really thought I had it – the thrusters were pretty quick work. Then, the timer beeped.

    Also, there’s a strong chance I won’t be able to walk tomorrow.
