at night at a playground in Middletown, MD

chinups were from a very low jungle gym with a w i d e parallel grip. had to start each pull from a bunched-up position so my feet wouldn’t drag on the ground. wodding outside is fun!

FYI, my friend Li’s bike got jacked last Saturday sometime after the Games (we were at the Commissary from 2-4, I think). It was a Schwinn dual suspension mountain bike, if I’m not mistaken.
