      at night at a playground in Middletown, MD
      chinups were from a very low jungle gym with a w i d e parallel grip. had to start each pull from a bunched-up position so my feet wouldn’t drag on the ground. wodding outside is fun!

    FYI, my friend Li’s bike got jacked last Saturday sometime after the Games (we were at the Commissary from 2-4, I think). It was a Schwinn dual suspension mountain bike, if I’m not mistaken.

    Mike/Brian, lemme know if you find the guys who took yours.

    did not have access to rings. did 2x slapping chest push-ups for ring dips.

    went out to dinner with family last night. the waitress asked if we had any food allergies or dietary restrictions. my mom points at me and says, “this one eats like a cave-person.”
