in case anyone was anxiously waiting, they announced the locations for regionals today. ours is at george mason in faifax… yay! this will be so much nicer than the middle of nowhere ohio…

Back is still really sore and I’m pretty sure I’m going to be doing a lot of 90lb power cleans on Saturday, and I got concerned about how uncomfortable this was. Iced, stretched, mobilized.
My regionals are in Okinawa. Pretty sure I won’t be making that trip. But..I do plan on making a trip to the States in early June, so maybe I’ll see you all at GM.
