as many complexes* as possible in five minutes:
turkish get-up + overhead squat @ 55/35-lbs.

*1 complex = left turkish getup + left overhead squat + right turkish get-up + right overhead squat

In this workout, the clock does not reset or stop during the rest period. Each completed round is scored as one point in part one, as is each completed complex in part two.

This workout is scored by both the total points from part one and part two.

    Dear MPH community,

    I feel close enough to you now to ask an important favor.

    My good friend James Foley and three other journalists were captured by pro-Gaddafi forces in Libya on April 5. They are said to be in a detention camp in Libya, but they have not been allowed contact with their families, diplomats or any other journalists in Tripoli for almost 17 days now.
