This one was a struggle from the first step to the last. Not sure why, but I felt flat.

Notes:
(1) Do not get a pedicure before running a 10k – baby soft feet are nice but they hate you when you’re running 6.2 miles.
(2) Stoplights really make it hard to get a rhythm, I think next time I’ll probably try going down by the canal
(3) This felt like the longest 6.2 miles I’ve ever gone, my calves and hamstrings hate me – but I’m not sure if it’s because of FGB earlier this week or something else.
(4) The monuments are beautiful in the morning before the tourists arrive
