    for time:
    21-15-9
    squat snatch @ 45-lbs.
    assisted strict pull-ups on rings

    about 9 minutes (timer went wonky and I had to rely on the analog clock in the gym). Since my smallest plates are 2.5kg, I could either go with 45-lbs. or 56-lbs. I started with the 56, but it got too heavy.
