    as many repetitions as possible in five minutes:
    assisted strict pull-ups (on rings)

    127. And managed not to kill myself jumping sideways over the bar. I’m calling it a success.

    20 minute AMRAP of:

    10 push press (65lbs)
    10 kettlebell swings (35lbs)
    10 box jumps (20″)

    7 rounds plus 7 swings
