    CrossFit A Renovated Gym is a Busy Gym (and I Don’t Like It):
    as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
    3x assisted strict pull-up on rings
    10x pushup
    15x squat

    10 rounds + ..4 pushups

    Pushup form got pretty shaky in round 7, and it was pretty much one at a time from then on, struggling to do them correctly instead of collapsing onto the ground. The quality of my movement was, at one point, also unparalleled, but probably in a very different way.

    Crossfit New England

    3-3-3 front squat

    105x-95-95

    then
    “Satan’s Whiskers” (they have funny names for all of the workouts)
    3 rounds for time of:
    10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
    10 front squats
    10 burpees

    7:47 (sub: jump-stretch strict pull-up, red; 65lbs, 1/2x pullups for rounds 2&3)

    Legs were definitely a little dead from yesterday. Worked up to 95lbs on the front squats and decided to give 105 a go. Got 2 out of the three and couldn’t finish the 3rd so went back down to 95 for the last 2 sets.

    They didn’t have any blue bands (!!!) just a couple of reds, a green and a bunch of black bands, so I started out with the red band and switched to 5 pullups a round for the last two rounds or else I would have been there all day.

      Satan’s Whiskers:

      Cracked ice
      1 ounce gin
      1 ounce dry vermouth
      1 ounce sweet vermouth
      1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
      4 teaspoons orange curaçao or Grand Marnier
      2 teaspoons orange bitters
      2 orange twists, for garnish

      Fill a cocktail shaker halfway full with cracked ice. Add the gin, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, orange juice, curaçao, and bitters, and shake well. Strain into 2 chilled cocktail glasses and garnish each with an orange twist.

      Could work as an AMRAP.

    OTB, 20 rounds + … 4x push-up. Subbed 3x strict pull-ups on hotel lat machine for each round, which I think turned out to be a bit faster than the original.
