    2 rounds +…4x jump-stretch strict pull-up, red (65lbs, sub: 4x jump-stretch strict pull-up, red & 8x assisted dips)

    The week of forced pull-ups in the red band has showed me that I’m stronger than I thought I was…can’t wait to be back at MPH on Monday!

    as many rounds and repetitions as possible in 20 minutes:
    5x power clean @ 99-lbs.
    10x hanging knee raise
    15x thrusters @15-lbs dbs

    7 rounds + ..7 hanging knee raise
