    Abbreviated OTB: 9:30, 5:15 (1/2x strict pull-ups, 1/2x normal burpees, which I now realize look nothing like inverted burpees)

    Wish I was there for the inverted burpees! My hotel room is stone and the gym here is TINY (I created enough drama doing the sit up/jump/reach:)

    warm up- stretch, 20x thruster w 20#dbs, 20x pushups
    Lat pull machine 85# x 33 reps (6:45)
    100x situp jump reach (9:16)
