Running Team drills at the track.

Congratulations Vinnie L., Ryan S. and Ryan M., for completing our Elements Workshop curriculum!

A new MPH t-shirt order is in the works, and we’re thinking of supplementing “If you want it, come and get it”—we would like to know what you think (in November 2009, we ran a similar request: entries, results).

If you have an original and simple idea for a new slogan/handle/tag/battle cry, post it to comments!

Depending on the quality and number of responses, we will either pick the winner ourselves, or put it to a vote. You may submit as many entries as you like, but think quality, not quantity!

Registration is open in MINDBODY for both our Running Team, and our Barbell: Weightlifting and Powerlifting Team. Just a few roster spots remain on each for the start of the next month, beginning June 1. Visit the Sunday, December 5 post and the Teams page for more information on the programs and details on how to register!

Rest today.

I’ll attempt to get the ball rolling….although I’d vote for any of stulu’s 30+ suggestions from 09.
