Guys, I just got the chance to read through Monday’s post and comments now and I am really speechless. I am so honored to be part of the MPH family and touched to have your support. I can’t even put it into words. So just a few impressions before I go to bed:
1. You guys made it sound like the walls, the floor, the bumper plates, the entire field house was screaming my name on the final chipper! That was incredible and I truly remember thinking, great, now I CANT stop! Thanks for coming and thanks for following along at home.
2. A-MAZING picture!!!!! THAT is the background of my computer, fo’ reals…unbelievable and historic MPH moment- first time our coaches’ pictures have been on the MPH mainsite!!!

No sir! It pushed me around too, and I switched early. I continued with the KB, however, and my forearms are now a beautiful shade of plum.
