    Loved this workout! I’m still on my adrenaline high. 🙂 Congrats to Kaisa! And way to go Jen M on those cleans. Great form and fierce determination.

    Push press 5-5-5
    33kg-38kg-40kg
    I’m pretty sure I could have done 5 more pounds but my poor math skills and general confusion with the metric system had me having no idea how much weight I was doing

    Then a couple of 450m runs

    Then a pushup/pullup ladder
    10 pushups, 1 pullup
    9 pushups, 2 pullups
    8 pushups, 3 pullups
    Etc…
    All pushups with a hand release at the bottom
    16 minutes when I remembered to look at the clock (sub: first 5 rounds of pullups in an off-white band–less resistance than the red band, last 5 rounds in the red band)

    Then a 450m run

    Then 3 rounds of max 6 count burpees in 30 seconds with 10 sec rest in between (8, 6, 5)
