    50x assisted pull-ups with my new black band, which does not really provide that much assistance
    100x 35-lbs dumbbell swings
    100x double unders
    75x 45-lbs overhead squat

    DNF
    Pull-ups and double unders killed me here. The swings went really well, and I was knocking out the OHS several at a time before time ran out.

    MPH community –

    It was wonderful to spend so much time with all of you last week. Thanks to everyone for making me feel so missed, and for making it so easy to slide right back into the box (and into the happy hours). I can’t wait to get back for good and to have MPH be a part of my daily life again.
