    Then, three max plank holds

    110-121-121-132x-121; 1:17, 1:09, :50

    Couldn’t quite clean the 132; my shrug was MIA this morning and that’s just too heavy to reverse-curl.

    Speed/Strength:
    Banded Deadlifts
    12 sets of 2 reps (35lbs, medium-resistance band)

    Assistance:
    Reverse Hyper
    3 sets of 20 reps (unloaded, but still ~15-~20lbs I would guess)

    Max effort:
    Prowler Push 50 M (x3) (100#/200#) (100lbs, 2x downhill, 2x uphill)

    Also this was funny: the owner Aimee and I were loading the prowler, and each holding a 45lb plate when a guy in a Jeep pulled up in the parking lot next to us.

    Guy in Jeep: “I have never seen a girl lift that much”.
    Aimee: “It’s only 45lbs!”
    Guy in Jeep: “Most girls can’t lift a crate of bottled water. That is the f*cking sexiest thing I have ever seen”.
