I think I could have gone 5lbs heavier on the c&j, but my smallest plates are 2.5kg, and 143lbs would have been too much. Also, being so sway-backed really interferes with my ability to do hollow rocks.

Improvised OTB:
– 24 shoulder press with 35-lb dumbbells in 6 minutes, then stopped because my right shoulder started to hurt.
– 10 contiguous rounds of max strict pull-up + 25 hollow rocks (51 pull-ups total)
– run/hike along a cliff, down steep trail to the beach and back up (nothing against standing long jumps, getting outside and to the ocean was just too inviting)
