The seat on the cheap-ass rower broke during my 5th round. It may have been a good thing, tough, because I’m recovering from a respiratory thing and was starting to fall apart anyway. I may attempt this again on Sunday, assuming the rower is fixed.
spotty internet in Maine prevented me from seeing today’s wod on time so i decided to settle a score with this wod: (done at the MDI HS track again)

last time i tried this wod as rxed, it injured me and i dnf’ed. this time i finished it. forgot to jot down my time, it was somewhere just over 40 min. chinups were done on rings, carries were done farmer style. yee haw.
