    crossfit with alexei in moscow, russia

    for time, 5 rounds:

    10 power cleans (20 kg bar)
    10 thrusters (20 kg bar)
    10 box jumps (45 cm — jumping up and stepping down)
    100m run on a treadmill @7.5 km/hr with a resistance band around my waist attached to something behind me

    21x deadlift @154-lbs.
    50x squat
    21x push press @77-lbs.
    15x deadlift
    50x squat
    15x push press
    9x deadlift
    50x squat
    9x push press

    Waaay too much standing around time for me on this one, especially during the deadlifts. The struggle to keep myself motivated continues.

    in my alleyway, with two 110lb dumbells for the deadlifts. (I think that was a mistake on my part- they were so tough! i should have lowered the weight to compensate for the increased ROM)
