    Modified OTB: 8 rounds + 20 squats, 92 (subbed 50x squats for run and 130-lb lat pull for pull-up)

    Bummed I couldn’t do this one Rx as it’s one of my favorites.

    thank you for the coaching and encouragement today. Feels really good to be able to do kipping pull-ups – even slightly disjointed ones…

    BK, I miscounted the number of rounds I completed yesterday. It actually was 8 rounds and 87 pull ups.

    6 rds, 96 chinups
    I think: my timer fell out of my pocket and stopped in the 6th round of chinups so i did an additional round and got 10 chins.
