    crossfit with alexei in moscow, russia

    for time, 7 rounds:

    3 bench press (30 kg)
    3 pull-up (green band — brought one with me)
    20 kettle bell swings (8.5 kg dumbbell)

    9:29

    this workout felt like an MPH warmup.

    I completed 4 rounds and 6 wall climbs. I had to Google wall climbs and double swings. The video I watched said not to go much higher on doubles than singles. I did two 25 lbs bells. Should have tried higher…
    Finding a place to wall walk at lifetime globo wasn’t easy with all the MIRRORS. I had to move some ISO machine to get to the vacant wall.
