    as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

    5 tricep bench dips
    10 stability ball pass crunches (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nhCkWAEqisQ) (2 passes = 1 rep)
    15 back extensions with row (8 kg body bar)

    10 rounds + … 10 stability ball pass crunches

    then, as many rounds as possible in six minutes:
    2x clean and jerk @ 77-lbs.
    6x burpee

    110-110-99, 5 rounds
    I screwed this up and did 2 reps of clean + jerk each round instead of 2 cleans + 1 jerk.

    B. For time, 400m lunge: 27:25
    C. 50-40-30-20-10 seconds rest between max pushups: TBA, ran out of time

        Awful in a good way? 🙂 I had a hard time driving to work this morning. The gas pedal felt unusually heavy. Plus the whole falling down the stairs when my knee buckled.
