    As many of you might know, I am leaving for Officer Candidate School with the Army in about a week. As a result of my impending orders to ship, I’m meeting my friends one last time at Midtown Loft in Dupont this Friday night (7/8/2011). I didn’t have many of your email addresses, but I wanted to invite CrossfitMPH. I’ve rented out a couple tables for bottle service, so this should be fun. Event details are included below:

        Stu, thanks so much for the invite, and thanks so much for your decision to serve. I know you’ll tackle OCS with the same fervor and intensity as you do Barbell Team and your WODs. I hope that if OCS training doesn’t match MPH in intensity that you’ll keep up with the OTB WODs and post your results! You are well prepared for the challenges ahead. Good luck!
