    OTB modified: in 12 minutes, 5 rounds 6x push press + 18x back squat @ 65 lbs, plus max dip

    By the way, for the 10am I peeked in on, that was my little sister visiting from out of town. It was fun after working out together at Vida to proudly show her the contrast of “the place I usually work out.”

    With a continuously running clock, 12 minutes to complete five rounds of 3x jerk + 6x overhead squat + 12x back squat* @ 65-lbs. and then as many close-grip pushups as possible.

    2. That’s right, 2. I almost didn’t finish the complex in 12 minutes, and my close-grip pushups could use a little work.

    Also, I couldn’t figure out where I was supposed to re-grip between the jerk & the OHS, but I’m guessing it wasn’t overhead.
