    some of us go through little setbacks in our quest for self-improvement. i found this video of an olympic weightlifter’s injury and subsequent recovery very inspiring. (there is a pretty gnarly injury that occurs early in the video, fyi)

      oh yeah, 11:34 on a junglegym somewhere in vienna, va, in the rain with my 60lb kettlebell named bluto.
      helen with wet hands, kb and chinup bar is not good. not good at all.
