    at a playground somewhere in Shippensburg, PA with the scent of freshly spread manure on the air and the orange/purple setting sun in the background. an excellent scene for wod.

    btw, for those of us who train outta the box, may i recommend the gymboss. it does pretty much anything we would ever need it to do and its very durable. ive dropped mine into a mudpuddle and onto pavement while running without a hitch. check it at:
