Josh O. putting a 175-pound shoulder press overhead, cold, at the Hi-Temp booth last week. He won a t-shirt for lifting a weight he doesn’t even warm-up with. Those are 65-pound plates, by the way.

    Quick OTB: 5 rounds max unbroken push-ups with feet elevated ~18′ (25, 26, 18, 20, 18) interspersed with max sls with ~12′ bench (16, 16 left, 12, 14 right)

    I think besides a “get to know everyone” policy, we should encourage more posting on the blog. Many an inside joke was born in the comments to a post.

    Way to go Josh! They should have given you a set of 45’s instead of an ol’ t shirt.
