    Did 20x deadlift each round because my suitcase is light, counted the seconds myself so may have been too slow.

        Thanks Ivy. I’ve got the first part of the movement down, now I just need to work on actually getting under the bar in the second part.

      150-175-180-185-195-205-210(only twice and one of them was prob a no rep)

      Wasn’t bad though I could have taken less time in between sets.

    I used fish boxes from a ship as racks for the barbell- just the right height!
