Super fun WOD today. Question for coaches: Is the time limit on some workouts a time management issue? It looks like a lot of people were pretty close to finishing this when time was called. I’m just wondering what’s the thinking behind the limits on some workouts.
There are no such things as “time management issues”—not for us, Ivy. There are such things as trade secrets, though.
