Seemed like I should have been able to do better, contemplated redo tonight or tomorrow morning – but likely not possible to fit it in.

For some reason my shoulders felt really tight and I couldn’t seem to loosen them up. Otherwise it felt pretty good for most of the run.

Completed 10k in 40:20, better than my last couple of 10k time trials.

#143 completed 8/18: My water-logged Garmin protested my run in the rain, so I don’t know how far I went, but was able to track of time pretty well with my ipod. Overall, run still felt slow. I got lots of negative feedback from my calves — I spent more time than usual mobilizing them afterwards.
