    OTB audible: 20 rounds of 5x pull-up, 10x push-up, 15x squat, ~25 minutes

    Putting a goal out there: 40-minute Murph. Looking at last year, a bunch of people are in range. Let’s make it happen.

      Note to self: dont forget jump rope. This is my fav wod!
      OTB: Foundation Crossfit, Seattle:
      3 rep max power clean: was in kilos so got confused: 80kilos. Form was looking a little rough so didn’t really go for a max!
      50 ring dips for time: 8.08 had some issues with the turn out
