Ah, my old nemesis. We meet again. Bring it.
To my fellow MPH athletes,
After 18 and a half years performing with the same R&B band, I have decided to hang up my drum sticks in order to spend more time at home with my family and pursue other interests. So why am I telling you this? Tonight is my final performance with my band. We will be at the Basin Street Lounge, which is above the 219 restaurant at 219 King street in Old Town Alexandria.
So, if you are not too tired after today’s WOD and you are looking for something to do later, come on out. We begin at 9:00pm. I hope to see you there.

Opted for back bends rather than the GHD since I’ve only ever used one once. Pretty proud I managed 32″ box jumps!
