    @Crossfit Mean Streets

    Team WOD for time of:

    100x bear complex (65#)
    200x box jumps (24/20)
    300x Situps

    20:15 (in a team of 3–two guys and me)

    One 10x burpee penalty when one of the guys put the bar down. Rule was only one person doing one thing at one time (couldn’t have two people doing Situps at a time).
