        hey b-kay / mel – I did double unders the full time, I didn’t know to sub the tuckjumps, thanks for the extra push today – it’s been awesome to be back! James

    Umm. I cannot do math after WODs. I am sure there is a study on that somewhere. But my corrected score is 334; 90×3+40+24= 334 not 244.

    Killer workout after 3 weeks away. Very happy to be back. I’m so glad I called in sick today.

    Now, I get to have a nice post-workout afternoon nap!

    OTB WOD: I did the double unders and the swings (with 24 kgs or 53 lbs approx.) but substituted the box jumps with 60 squats.

    Score: 528 if you count the full 60 squats
    404 if you count half of the squat (to compare it to the box jump score)
