    Question:
    Do any MPHers know of anyone who is looking to sell their scooter/moped/vespa-type vehicle? Or could recommend a good dealership? I’m lookin’ to buy one…

    WOD: In Kgs. 50-55-55 (or approx in lbs 110-122-122). I couldn’t drop the bar and I tried to focused on good form (particularly depth) so I didn’t go very heavy.

    Also, since I’ll be traveling tomorrow and over the weekend and with no access to a gym for the rest of the week I did a WOD yesterday from the crossfit website, 10 rounds of 10 deadlift at 135lbs and 10 push-ups, it took me 11:31
