    #160 completed on treadmill
#161 completed. Garmin died mid-run again. Pretty sure I was at or a bit below 6:00 per mile pace.

Completed on the MPH 800m course–I ran it 5 times to get to 2.5 miles, so I’m kind of questioning whether it’s actually 800m because I know I wasn’t running a sub 7-minute mile the entire time. I was probably doing somewhere between a 7:30- and 8-minute mile. My garmin was taking too long to connect to the satellite so I don’t have it to confirm.

      Lefty,

We measured the course on foot with a contractor wheel last year, because our first 800 meter course (P to Q Streets NW) turned out to be about 750 meters.

We measured this one at 800 meters, but you’re welcome to confirm with technology.

10/6 #161: 8:46 2K row: 11 seconds off my time from Monday but my legs were definitely feeling the WOD plus running skills this morning. My pacing was a lot quicker on the second 1000m but I think I lost time in the first 1000m getting the splits right.

ran from 7th and P to Dupont and back to Logan’s Circle. I am not sure how long the distance is, but it took me 22:50.
