    Terry M at Crossfit San Diego: 5 rounds. Complete 30 KB swings (2/1.5 – sub: 24 kg) within one minute. Rest 1 minute between rounds. For each round not completing 30 swings, row a 1k penalty after the wod. Completed, no penalties.
