    9:00 three eggs, 1/2 apple
    12:00 three slices deli turkey, red cabbage and apple salad, baked sweet potato
    3:00 almonds
    7:00 paleo chili w/avocado, glass of wine

    ~90oz water, ~5.5hrs sleep; pull-up practice (negatives, 3x max bar hang, ninja jump up to bar practice), rolled calves, feet

    sleep: 7 hours

    10:00am – bacon/hbe/sausage, iced tea
    1:15pm – seafood medley (shrimp, cod, mussels and scallops). great combination, if only it didn’t taste like bland cardboard. Bertucci’s, I hate you. Oh, I took a sip of sangria to wash away the unbelievable blandness. Sorry about that rant.
    4:00pm – banana, water
    7:00pm – WOD
    9:00pm – steak. I cooked it using my questionable cooking skills, but it still tasted better than than utter crap I had for lunch.
