    Mel brought this same shirt back for me from the 2010 CrossFit Games. It’s an amazing shirt, but in the interest of protecting Dave from anyone thinking he’s an unsavory fellow, here’s some context: “Nasty Girls” is a CrossFit workout that we’ve run twice (1, 2). It’s:

    three rounds for time:
    50x squat
    7x muscle-up
    10x hang power clean @ 135/95-lbs.
