      I completed this workout on Friday.

      Clean deadlift 3×3: 95-95-95
      Clean deadlift + hang squat clean 3×3: 115-115-115
      C&J: 168-168-168

      I did not complete flight simulator, although I did practice DUs for a few minutes. On Saturday night, I did 5×15 front squats with 50lbs dbs.
